November Update: Now available for Lifesize Icon 400/450/600/800 systems
Good news! You can now send log files directly from the admin console. No need to log in to your Icon’s web UI and download/email the file.
From the Room Systems page in the admin console, select your room system and go to the Maintenance tab. In the new Send Log Files section, simply click Send and then contact Lifesize Support to report the issue.
NOTE: This is only available for Lifesize Icon 300/500/700 systems on version 3.9.1 or higher and Lifesize Icon 400/450/600/800 systems on version 4.5.1 or higher.
